Ballet Students take note…
Pre-School and Primary students must wear pink bodysuits, pink tights, and pink ballet slippers. A pink ballet skirt is preferred but not mandatory. Level one and up must wear black spaghetti or tank styled bodysuits with scoop or simple backs. Level one students may continue to wear pink bodysuits until they have outgrown them. Pink ballet tights, and slippers are also required. Convertible tights are preferred if available in your dancer’s size. Hair must be in a bun, or if not long enough, pinned back off the face.
Parking Lot
Please enter and exit the parking lot slowly and with extreme caution as it is a very busy area. There is to be no parking in front of the Community Services building at the back. Thank you.
Pre-Professional Program
We are pleased to be able to continue our Pre-Professional Program which is unique in BC in that it encompasses many dance disciplines and leads to the dancers finishing with Advanced 2 Tap and/or Modern and the possibility of a teaching diploma. This year the Program will continue with classes being held during the evening and regular intense workshops on Pro-D Days. The students will be exposed to many different choreographers and will be given numerous performance opportunities. If you are interested in the program requirements or enrollment please contact the office.
Pre-Professional Program Winter Show
We are excited to announce that the Pre-Professional Program will be putting on a Winter Show on February 5 at the Heritage Playhouse Theatre in Gibsons. There will be two shows and will feature this year’s Pre-Professional students and our Competitive Dance Team. There will also be guest artists and choreographers, so watch out for more info and ticket sales!
